The apartment is situated on the first floor, in the south-western part of the house. It offers a beautiful view over the green countryside surrounding the house. It consists of a large entrance hall, furnished with a sofa and a small writing table, a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a very comfortable three seat sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and two covered terraces, one accessible from the smaller bedroom and the other, much larger, accessible from the living room. It also features a tv-set with digital satellite receiver, it is heated during winter and spring months and has air conditioning.
