Our tourist agency offers you unforgettable holidays, with accommodation
in an agritourism in Central Istria, where you can enjoy the beauties
of uncontaminated nature, the mild climate and the hospitality
of Istrian people.
Our agency gives you the opportunity to spend 8 days in tight connection
with nature, enjoying all those activities modern life does not
allow you anymore.
In the traditional setting of “konoba” (house tavern) you will
taste the bread baked in a wood-burning oven, the ham of the
house “pršut”, cheese, bacon, the “maneštra” bean soup, the
traditional
Istrian pasta “fuži”, dumplings, filled ravioli, sausages with
sauerkraut and meat cooked in several traditional ways.
On colder nights you will have the chance to taste the famous
Istrian wine and the traditional Istrian soup (made with wine
and bread)
sitting in front of the big fireplace.
You will also have the opportunity to learn the secrets of Istrian
cooking and, if you want, you will be involved in farming activities
(i.e.milking cows, gathering grapes, seeding vegetables, mowing
hay etc.) While hiking, you can also gather mushrooms, asparagus,
blackberries and elderberries.

City of Pula is situated at the southest end of the Istrian peninsula
has been in existence since 3 thousand years. It represents a very
fine combination of the old and modern city where many famous writers
and composers have found inspiration for their masterpieces. Many
cultural and historical monuments dominate its panorama and represents
today the unique setting of various cultural and artistic events.
Tourist facilities are located outside the town in woods close
to the sea. Beaches stretch along, 100 km of beautifull and indented
coast.

The Palu marsh is a Mediterranean marsh under the sea level, where
fresh and sea water mix togheter. The results is a brackish water
environment, which deeply influences the development of the domestic
sea fauna and allows the survival of just few sea species. But
the most interesting natural phenomenon, expecially for the bird-watchers
is the great variety of domestic and migratory birds, who winter
and reproduce in this peculiar habitat.
Rovinj! The town cherising seventeen centuries old historiy with
fishermen's tradition, unspoilt nature and so many jois of our
times. The unique beauty of its old town, the lavish Mediterranean
vegetation, the health of the Adriatic climate, numerous monuments
of nature and the twenty islands and islets, the pearls of the
bays and coves – thats is what makes Rovinj one of the most beautiful
towns of the Adriatic.

Porec is a town of pleasant sun and warm sea, as well as town
of many cultural monuments (Euphrasius Basilica from VI st century,
The temple of Neptun, Romanesque house and many others.). It is
a town of good wine, ham, cheese, olive oil and more then 70 sports
activities. It has 165 tennis courts located near to the sea. There
are plenty of well-known bars, night clubs, disco clubs restaurants.
Plenty camps, hotels, apartments and beaches provides pleasant
summer holidays.

The Brijuni archipelago is situated in front of the western coast
of Istria. The islands comprise three main islands: Veli Brijun
(Big Brijun), Mali Brijun (Small Brijun) and Vanga as well as several
islets and reefs. The coasts of the islands are well indented.
Due to its favourable geographic position and low terrain, Brijuni
Islands are known for their mild climate. The vegetation on the
islands is extremely rich – Mediterranean: holm oak, laurel, pine,
olive, rosemary and underbrush. Already in classical antiquity
the picturesque Brijuni Islands attracted people seeking natural
beauty and tranquility, the archipelago has been inhabited since
Roman and Byzantine times, and the ruins of Roman villas as well
as numerous remains of other buildings and decorative mosaics speak
of the attraction of the archipelago. National Park Brijuni includes
the surrounding sea with exceptionally preserved sea fauna.

OFFERTA PER SOGGIORNO DI 8 GIORNI IN AGRITURISMO:
La nostra agenzia turistica Vi offre una vacanza indimenticabile
in un´agriturismo dell´Istria centrale, dove potrete godere le
bellezze della natura incontaminata, del clima mite e dell´ospitalità
della gente dell´Istria.
La nostra agenzia vi da l´opportunità di passare otto giorni a
stretto contatto con la natura e godere di tutte quelle cose che
la vita moderna non Vi puo più offrire.
Nell'atmosfera rustica della cantina verrà servito il menù tipico
istriano: pane cotto nel forno a legna, il rinomato prosciutto
crudo istriano, la pancetta, diversi tipi di minestrone, la zuppa
istriana o le salsicce arroste con i crauti, i fuzi (sorta di maccheroni
fatti in casa), gli gnocchi, i ravioli e la carne «pod cripnjom»,
arrostita sotto una specie di campana di metallo posta sulla brace.
Nelle serate più fresche, gli ospiti potranno scaldarsi accanto
al grande camino a legna, degustando l’inebriante malvasia e il
terrano della casa.
Nell'offerta è inclusa anche la possibilità per gli ospiti di
partecipare alle attività della fattoria, imparando ad esempio
a preparare le specialità culinarie tipiche del luogo, aiutando
nei lavori dei campi (falciare l'erba, raccogliere il fieno, vendemmiare,
seminare il terreno), oppure ad accudire i numerosi animali, mungere
le mucche, raccogliere le uova ....
Nei boschi e prati circostanti gli ospiti potranno dilettarsi
nella raccolta di asparagi, funghi, more o sambuco a seconda della
stagione. Saranno possibili passeggiate a cavallo o escursioni
in calesse.

La città di
Pola esiste già da
tremila anni e di ciò sono testimoni gli innumerevoli monumenti
delle diverse epoche storiche. Durante
i secoli della dominazione di Roma a Pola vennero innalzati i
monumenti di maggior valore, il più importante dei quali è l'
Arena, ottimamente conservata, per grandezza il sesto anfiteatro
del mondo e ancora oggi sede di spettacoli e concerti. Altri
monumenti di enorme valore storico da visitare sono l' Arco dei
Sergi, il Tempio di Augusto e il Palazzo cittadino, costruito
nel XIII secolo sopra i resti dell'antico tempio romano dedicato
alla dea Diana.

La palude di Palú e una palude mediterranea costiera i cui fondali
si trovano sotto il livello del mare e dalle cui caverne sotterranee
ad esso collegate affluisce acqua dolce. La mescolanza di acqua
salata e di acqua dolce condiziona lo sviluppo della fauna marina
e permette la soppravvivenza soltanto ad un esiguo numero di specie.
Il principale fenomeno naturale di questa palude è rappresentato
dalla varietà e abbondanza di ornito - fauna. Qui nidifica e sverna
un gran numero di uccelli, rendendo questo luogo importante territorio
migratorio per un gran numero di specie.
Rovigno. In questo nome si riassumono diciassette secoli di storia
e di cultura, i valori e le tradizioni dei pescatori, la natura
incontaminata e la gioia di vivere.
Il fascino del nucleo storico, intatto nonostante il passar dei
secoli, la particolarità della rara vegetazione mediterranea, il
suo clima mite, un tesoro di monumenti e valori antichi, una ventina
di isole e isolotti - piccole gemme staccate dalla costa frastagliata
- fanno di Rovigno una delle più belle cittadine della costa Adriatica.
Rovigno, prima città a conquistare il titolo di campione del turismo
croato, è la città della gioia e della soddisfazione dei sensi.

Parenzo è la città dal sole gradevole e dal mare caldo, dai tanti
monumenti culturali e storici - la Basilica Eufrasiana costruita
nel XI secolo d.c., il tempio di Nettuno, la casa Romanica per
citarne alcuni. E' la città del buon vino, del prosciutto, del
formaggio e dell'olio di oliva, la città in cui si può usufruire
dei moderni impianti sportivi, sia sul mare che sulla terraferma,
la città con 165 campi da tennis in prevalenza situati vicino al
mare. La città dei night club rinomati, delle discoteche e dei
ristoranti. La città delle spiaggie, dalle strutture turistiche
più all'avanguardia, sia che si tratti di campeggi, alberghi o
ville private dal servizio impeccabile. Questa è la città da cui
ogni giorno partono innumerevoli gite turistiche in direzione Venezia,

L’arcipelago di Brioni è un capitolo a parte nel racconto delle
bellezze dell’Istria, con la sua isola maggiore, Veli Brijun, grande
parco nazionale aperto al pubblico. La magnificenza di queste isole
è testimoniata dal fatto che a suo tempo vi soggiorno l’élite dell’aristocrazia
austriaca, ungherese e tedesca e in tempi piu recenti Brioni è
stata meta di moltissimi uomini politici, nobili e personaggi del
cinema tra i più importanti del mondo. Sull’arcipelago troviamo
vari esempi di flora e fauna portati qui da ogni parte del mondo.
Troviamo anche siti archeologici come il Castrum bizantino ed una
lussuosa villa romana. Da visitare anche il museo etnografico,
l’esposizione di affreschi, il museo archeologico e la collezione
naturalistica. L’escursione sulle isole dura 4 ore.
