Additional description

The house is located in a privileged position, on a closed road that ends at the Hotel Park, about 100m, and borders the famous Rovinj pine forest. Next to the house there is a staircase that leads directly to the seafront, at the height of the boat departures to the islands of Caterina and Red Island. From this point, continuing along the seafront to the right, we arrive at the city center which is approximately 350m away. Continuing in the direction of the Hotel Park and close to the pine forest, there are kilometers of bathing beaches, easily reachable on foot or by bicycle.
